I believe the book was suppose to be called something having to do with the letters "A to Z".

It's a large black and white drawing of Alfred wearing a t-shirt that says "What Me Worry?" Alfred looks like a little boy in the sketch no more than 6 or 7 years old, .They're innocent at that age. It's the adorable little Alfred that I like the best.
